Terms of Use

Last updated September 20, 2026

bikes.pizza is a place to share photographs of bicycles and pizza. These terms cover the bikes.pizza website and the bikes.pizza apps for iOS and Android (together, "the service"), all operated by Pizza Predator LLC ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The short version: share your own photos of bikes and pizza, be decent to other members, and do not post anything objectionable. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members, and we remove both.

Who can use bikes.pizza

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or guardian. You may not use the service if we have previously removed your account for breaking these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, give us an email address you can be reached at, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. One person, one account: do not create accounts by automated means, and do not create a new account to get around a suspension or a block. Your username must not impersonate another person or organization and must itself follow the content rules below.

Your content

"Your content" is anything you send to the service: photos, titles, descriptions, comments, reactions, messages, your username and what you put on your profile.

You keep ownership of your content. By sending it to the service you grant Pizza Predator LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, review, reproduce, resize, publish, and display it on bikes.pizza and in the bikes.pizza apps, and to show it in the course of promoting bikes.pizza. For a published post this license continues after your account is closed, because posts are kept as a lasting public archive; the Privacy Policy explains what is kept and how to ask for a post to be removed.

You promise that your content is yours to share: that you took the photo or otherwise hold the rights to it, that sharing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, and that it follows the content rules below.

Content rules

There is no tolerance on bikes.pizza for objectionable content or for abusive behavior. You agree not to submit, post, or send anything that:

  • is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene;
  • is violent or gory, or threatens, incites, or glorifies violence;
  • harasses, bullies, stalks, intimidates, or demeans anyone, or is hateful toward people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or medical condition;
  • shows a person. bikes.pizza is about bicycles and pizza, and photos of people, including yourself, are not accepted;
  • reveals anyone's private information, such as a home address, phone number, license plate, or identity document;
  • exploits or endangers children in any way (see our child safety standards);
  • is illegal, or promotes illegal activity or the sale of regulated goods;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
  • is spam, advertising, a scam, or a repeated or off-topic post, or contains malware or links to it;
  • is false or misleading in a way that could cause harm, or impersonates anyone.

You also agree not to:

  • contact a member who has blocked you or asked you to stop;
  • collect other members' information, or scrape, crawl, or copy the service by automated means without our written permission;
  • interfere with the service, probe or get around its security or its moderation, or use it to send anything harmful to others;
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Moderation and enforcement

Photos are checked automatically when they are submitted and are published only after a person has reviewed them. Comments and messages are screened automatically, and a comment can be held for review. We may decline to publish a submission for any reason, and being on topic and within the rules does not entitle a submission to be published.

We may remove or hide any content, and suspend or close any account, at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these terms have been broken or that it is necessary to protect members, the service, or anyone else. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent removal. We may report illegal content to the authorities.

We try to keep objectionable content off the service, but we cannot promise that you will never encounter any. Content comes from members, and they alone are responsible for it.

Reporting and blocking

If you see something that breaks these rules, report it. Every comment and every conversation has a Report action in its menu, and a comment reported by several members is hidden until a moderator has looked at it. To report a post, or anything else, write to remove.post@bikes.pizza with a link. We review reports promptly, aiming to act within 24 hours, by removing the content and, where warranted, the member who posted it.

You can block another member from a conversation's menu. A blocked member can no longer message you, and you can turn off messages from other members altogether in your account settings.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on bikes.pizza infringes your copyright, write to remove.post@bikes.pizza with a link to the content, a description of the work you say is infringed, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right or authorized to act for the owner. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

The shop

The shop sells bikes.pizza merchandise. Orders, payment, shipping, and returns are handled through Shopify, and the terms and policies shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may refuse or cancel an order, in which case you are refunded.

Our content

The bikes.pizza name, logo, design, software, and the content we write belong to Pizza Predator LLC or its licensors. Members' content belongs to the members who shared it. You may view and share links to the service for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, republish, or make commercial use of the service's content without permission from whoever owns it.

Links and other services

The service links to and relies on services we do not run, such as Apple, Google, and Shopify. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Leaving, and ending these terms

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, from the Settings screen in the app or the account page on this website. We may suspend or end your access as described under "Moderation and enforcement", and we may change or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time. The sections of these terms that by their nature should outlast your account do so, including the license for published posts, the disclaimers, and the limits on liability.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that content on it is accurate. Nothing on bikes.pizza is advice about the safety of a bicycle, a component, a route, or a food.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pizza Predator LLC and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from content or conduct of other members. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of 50 US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that result, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are to be brought in the courts located there. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections that the law of the place where you live gives you and that cannot be waived. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. Substantial changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms are welcome at contact@bikes.pizza. Reports of content that should not be here go to remove.post@bikes.pizza.
