Child safety standards
Last updated September 25, 2026
bikes.pizza is a place to share photographs of bicycles and pizza, operated by Pizza Predator LLC. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how the service is built to keep such material off it, and how to report a concern. It applies to the bikes.pizza website and the bikes.pizza apps for iOS and Android.
Our standards
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, or endangers a minor. This includes sexual content involving minors, real or drawn; attempts to contact or befriend a minor for a sexual purpose; requests for, or sharing of, sexual imagery of minors; sextortion; and the trafficking of minors. A member who does any of these things is removed permanently, and the matter is reported as described below. Our Terms of Use bind every member to these rules.
bikes.pizza is for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, and it does not offer features for them.
How the service is built to prevent it
The subject of bikes.pizza is bicycles and pizza, and the service is designed so that images of people, including children, do not appear on it at all.
- Every photo is screened before it is stored. When a member submits a photo, it is sent to Google Cloud Vision. SafeSearch detection refuses photos that are likely to contain adult, violent, or racy content, and face and person detection refuses any photo that shows a person. A refused photo is not stored and does not reach anyone.
- A person reviews every photo before it is published. Nothing a member submits is public until an administrator has looked at it. A submission that is off topic, shows a person, or breaks the rules in any other way is declined.
- Comments and messages are screened. Every comment and every message between members is scored by Google Cloud Natural Language's content moderation (categories including sexual, toxic, and violent content) and checked against word lists we maintain. Text that fails is not posted; text that is borderline is held for an administrator.
- Messaging is between members only, is text only, and can be turned off entirely in account settings. Any member can block another, and a blocked member cannot make contact.
Reporting a concern
Reporting never requires leaving the app. Every post has a Report button at the top of its page, every comment and every conversation has a Report action in its menu, and Report a concern in Settings takes a report about a post, a member, or anything else. Each report asks for a reason, "Child safety concern" among them, and goes straight to us. A comment reported by more than one member is hidden immediately until an administrator has reviewed it. You can also write to remove.post@bikes.pizza with a link or a description. Child safety reports are handled first, ahead of everything else, and we aim to act within 24 hours.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
What we do when we find it
- The content is removed from the service at once, and the account that posted it is closed permanently.
- Apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and to other authorities where the law requires it. We preserve the material and the account records for that report, as the law requires, and otherwise do not keep or distribute it.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
Compliance with the law
Pizza Predator LLC complies with the child safety laws that apply to it, including the reporting obligations of United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and the laws of the places where the service is offered, and with the child safety policies of the app stores that distribute the apps.
Point of contact
Pizza Predator LLC's designated contact for child safety matters, including questions from authorities and app stores about these standards, is reachable at contact@bikes.pizza.
