Delete your account

You can delete your bikes.pizza account yourself at any time, from the app or from this website. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open the Settings tab and sign in if you are not already.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete.

On the website

1. Go to the account page and sign in.
2. Scroll to Delete account and click Delete my account.
3. Confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Write to contact@bikes.pizza from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm with you and delete it, normally within a few days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in details and your email address as an account identifier.
• Your username and profile page. The username becomes available for someone else to choose.
• Your passkeys and any authenticator enrollment.
• Your comments (except placeholders where others have replied), your reactions, and every conversation you were in, both sides included.
• Your newsletter choices.

What stays

Posts that have already been published stay on bikes.pizza, credited to the username they were published under, together with the record of the submission behind them. Posts are part of a public archive and are not tied to an account; the Privacy Policy explains why, and how to ask for a post to be removed. No other data is kept.
